We are committed to respecting the privacy of our customers. Please read the following information, which will explain what information we take from you and what it is used for. By purchasing products from column-climber.com ("we", "us", "our") you agree to follow this policy. Strict guidelines are applied to in order to keep your personal information private.

In order to provide a service to clients, we periodically send out special notices and updates via email.  At any time you may unsubscribe from our notices by logging into your account and turning off the newsletter feature through the account menu.

Ordering & Payment

To make an order, you must register to become a column-climber.com member. This process is quick and easy, and also allows you to receive updated information through email.

During registration, we will ask you for the following information:

- Name

- Shipping/Billing Address

- Email address

- Phone number

- Credit/Debit Card Information

We accept payments by secure web checkout with the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Master, American Express and Discovery credit/debit cards. All purchases will appear on your transaction statement as columnclimber.

Shipping & Delivery

NOTE: If you are an authorized reseller, specific terms and conditions of your wholesale purchase agreement will govern, where applicable. 

Orders received before 5:00 PM CST will be processed within 48 hours although shipping times may vary. (See "Delivery" for details).  If a product is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify the customer via e-mail.  We ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, which means we provide door-to-door delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes. APO orders shipped to military personal with APO address is on a case-by-case basis. All orders will come with either a USPS Priority or UPS tracking number.

Orders are processed Monday through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Order Status & Tracking your order

You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking the order history for more details at any time.  Once the order is shipped, a USPS Priority or UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you. If your order cannot be processed, we will notify you via email.

Please follow the instructions on the email in order to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are acceptable for the following reasons:

We will process an exchange after receiving the return item(s).

Please read carefully and follow our Return & Exchanges instructions below:

You must contact us and notify within 24 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ITEMS.

(The delivery date is based upon the tracking number you have received).

Customer must return the merchandise within 5 business days FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. Product(s) must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with their ORIGINAL PACKAGING using tracking and signature confirmation. 

We reserve the right to reject products if they are in unacceptable condition.

Please notify us of the tracking number via email.

Please note, if merchandise is returned without prior contact or without an authorization, returned to the wrong address or is not returned within 5 days of the date of receipt, we reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange to the customer.

Items which have been ordered, but have been discontinued or are out of stock and unable to be backordered by us will be exchanged for column-climber.com credit only.

Items which cannot be returned or exchanged:

Please note that the following qualifications deem an item ineligible for returns or exchanges:

* Except in the case of product defects, if the item is open or damaged or shows sign of wear and not in original condition.

In the event of circumstances in which we allow an exception to this return policy, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Any refunded amount will be credited to your column-climber.com account as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We charge sales tax as required by law.

I need a copy of my receipt or invoice

Click the "My Page / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

When will my credit voucher appear on my account?

Credit vouchers usually take 3-5 business days from the time you/we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is processed.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may or may not include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

How do I create an account?

2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Page / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Page / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at sales@column-climber.com within 24 hours of receiving your products.

What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Page / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Certain delays may apply with orders that ship internationally.
