Orders received before 5:00 PM CST will be processed within 48 hours and are generally dispatched within 3-4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, with tracking, providing a 'door-to-door' delivery. International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS provide delivery confirmation but may not provide for tracking throughout the shipping process depending upon the destination. Full tracking for international orders or signature confirmation can be provided at an additional charge.
Please keep in mind that Column-Climber.com does not have control over a package once it has entered the USPS or UPS delivery process. If a product becomes out of stock at the time of order or must be back ordered, Column-Climber.com will fulfill the order as soon as stocks are replenished. We do not ship to PO Boxes. APO orders shipped to military personal with APO address is on a case-by-case basis. All orders will come with either an EMS Tracking or a USPS Priority tracking number.
Orders are processed Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected, but your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
You can check your order status by logging into your account and checking the order history for more details at any time. Once the order is shipped, a USPS Priority or UPS tracking number confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If your order cannot be processed, we will notify you via email.
